Creator and Host of Military Families Connect 360 Podcast, I wanted a way to reach military families everywhere in this I gathered the help of other Military Wives and together we created THE DISH 360- A military Wives Podcast Connection to bring others information around the nation in one place.
SUSAN CREED - GA Married 7 years, 2 kids aged 6 and 2, active in my local community with events and playgroups, active in my FRG, full time student, goal is to obtain my Masters in Psychology Have temporary guardianship of my 16 yr old brother and 12 year old sister while my mom is deployed. Been through 3 deployments in our 7 year marriage, been through 3 with my mom (army daughter for 27 years) We've been at Fort Stewart (this time) since Dec 2008. Previously we were at Fort Hood, TX.
LINDSEY MCGAW -TX Hey everyone my name is Lindsey McGaw and I'm an army wife and mommy. I've been blessed to have our beautiful little girl and married to the man of my dreams and also my best friend. I love helping people out and I'm extremely crafty, it's my outlet for stress
EMMA SHELBY - TX I'm 21 years old, working on my degree in education specializing in special education. I am married to a wonderful man who serves our country proudly. I have a beautiful stepdaughter who I cherish. I'm the sweet to everyone I meet, but I am very opinionated and stand by my thoughts no matter what.
ANGELA NORDSTROM - AZ Hi, I am a NC native and have been a military wife for the past seven years. I am working on an Associates Degree in Medical Reimbursement Technology. I have just been contracted out to teach/choreograph Jazz, Dance-Nastics, and Hip Hop for SKIES. I have an eleven year old son and a 13 yr old step-daughter who has just decided to reside with us permanently. I am very excited to be a part of this panel and wish me luck!
- JENNIFER CARSWELL HENSEL - GAI am a proud Army wife of a husband who has served for 15 yrs. I have 4 children, Cameron 12, Evan 10, Kathryn 5 and Nicholas 4. I am an active volunteer within the Ft. Stewart community as well as surrounding areas. I have been a FRG Leader for 4 yrs, worked with Operation Homefront, and will be volunteering at Army Community Services once the kids return to school. I enjoy helping new military spouses adjust to military life and to help them learn to enhance their resilience, effectiveness, and well-being.
ALISSA MENDOZA - NJ
My name is Alissa Jean Mendoza. I was born in Colorado to an Army Soldier and my mother.I was raised in Georgia until I was 22. I have an identical twin sister and a younger sister whom I share everything with.
I have two adorable little girls with the love of my life. I am in my 6th year of being an army wife & loving each new experience! There is no other person I want to be sharing my beautiful life with.
I am currently finishing my college education to obtain a Bachelor of Sciences in Advertising. It is difficult at times to stay focused on what needs to be done & what can wait. As long as I have a concrete support system consisting of my family & dear friends, I can make it through all obstacles.
